"Cozy Cabin" is an authentic log cabin situated on a cliff overlooking the South fork of the Shenandoah River. This magical retreat
originally built in 1934 and renovated beginning in 1958 is located approximately 7 miles south of Front Royal, Virginia
known as the "Canoe Capital of Virginia". The breathtaking view of the river from the front deck is only enhanced by the
beauty of the Massanutten mountain range in the distance.
Front Royal, Warren County and the surrounding area are rich in history and natural beauty and offer many unique and varied year round
recreational and leisure activities sure to satisfy our visitors. Locally, the warmer weather invites canoeing, tubing, kayaking,
hiking, horseback riding, fishing, and golf and the cooler temperatures yield opportunities for skiing, wine tasting, antiquing, and
site-seeing.
